We called Hanley when we discovered leaks in the roof of the house we had just purchased. Their guy (wish I could remember all their names) came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and offered us options for solving the problems. He was very knowledgeable and inspired confidence in us. We decided to go with a completer re-roof, and although it took some time for that to happen, it was worth the wait. They secured our roof during the wait so we didn’t have to worry about more leaks. The roof job was completed in just over two days and they left things better than they found them. Then their carpenter, Will, came in with his assistant (initials for a name) and repaired the damage caused by the leaks. All-in-all, a very positive experience for us with this local roofing company.

Damian, I assume their star troubleshooter, responded quickly to assess the issue then clearly explained the process to correct then provided a window of time to make the necessary repairs. Well within the window of time, Hanley Roofing made contact to confirm I was ready for the repair to take place. I agreed and Damian attended the roof and made the necessary repairs. The Leak was stopped and I was able to clean up the minimal damage (staining). I called Hanley Construction on December 18th, when I noticed some shingles in my yard. Damian was here by 10am on the 19th, the day of the bomb cyclone, he magically did a temporary fix right before the storm. I got on the schedule on December 13th. Rigo did a great job, and it was windy that morning. He called me when they were done and sent me some informative photos to my phone. I'm 5 star happy with Hanley Construction.

The estimator came out the next day and was very thorough and explained things very well. This last repair job for falling limbs (penetrating the roof in a couple of locations) met are expectations for their professional work. I have what is considered a technical roof lines with various peaks and valleys which presented with challenges, however, it was handled with great skill by the installers. I couldn't be happier with how my new roof turned out. They also left the area spotless after they were done, which was a huge bonus!Three years later in May 2024, I discovered some deep scratches on my roof that was left behind by a roof cleaning service, most likely caused by ill placed equipment. This company is amazing.. They take good care of you from the begining. My roof was overdue for a replacement. Luckily I did not get much rot. I received my estimate in October of 2022 and I accepted. Couple days later they did an inspection and covered areas that were likely to damage over the next 12 months. I was well aware that my roof wouldn't get done for another 10-13 months because I was #117 IN THE QUE, and they were straight forward about that. But they reassured me, if at any point I had a leak, they would come down and fix it. My roof didn't get done until January 2023.I have no regrets!! My roof looks amazing.
